General Terms and Conditions
1. Loopcar.in
(Loopcar.in) is an aggregator for online car booking inventory. Loopcar enables
travellers to book car online right from the comfort of their home or office by
providing them with choice of car, departure times and per Km prices. Loopcar
does not own or operate any car services on its own. Loopcar does not advice
any specific car to its customers. The choice of the car is purely the
discretion of the customer.
- Car may be delayed due to some
unavoidable reasons like traffic jams etc. However, Passengers are advised
to call the car driver contact number mentioned in the confirmations
email/sms and reconfirm the pickup point location and departure time on
the day of journey.
Offers & Discounts
1. No
two offers that are live can be combined to be redeemed.
2. Any
offer published by Loopcar can be changed without prior notice.
3. Each
offer can have its own terms and conditions. Please refer to the offers page.
Loopcar Responsibility
1. Generation
of a valid car booking through its car owners
2. Sending
an SMS, Email for car booking confirmation/cancellation.
3. Providing
voice/email support for any car booking/cancellation/refund issues.
Are Not Loopcar Responsibilities
1. Any
incorrect data provided by customer while booking the car.
2. Any
car delays, breakdowns, service cancellations and accidents.
3. Any
misbehaviour by the car owner staff.
4. Loss/damage
of baggage.
5. Late
arrival by customer at the pickup point.
6. Customer
phone not reachable, car driver did not call at the pickup point and left
without picking the customer.
7. Customer
waiting at wrong pickup point.
8. The rules and
regulations for carrying luggages vary among car driver/car space capacity.
Most of the car driver allow 5-10 Kgs of luggage (Bags, Suitcases) per
passenger. car driver has sole discretion to allow passengers to carry any
other form of luggages like carton boxes etc. LOOPCAR is not resposbile in case
passenger is not allowed to board the car if the luggage is inappropriate
(valuable goods, explosives, carton boxes etc) to carry in the car. Please
check with car driver directly in case any extra luggage/carton boxes etc are
being carried.
Failure of transactions
1. A
transaction might fail for several reasons and your account/card might be debited
without generating a car booking. If the amount is deducted from your
account/card, we request you to call our customer care number to re-confirm the
failed transaction before proceeding with a fresh transaction/booking.
2. Transactions
such as these are refunded back to customer. Please read the refund policy
below.
